The C-Suite Group was founded by Nadine Green, a seasoned COO, business strategist, and published author of Unleash Efficiency, Scale Smarter: The Fractional COO Advantage. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Nadine has helped organizations scale, streamline, and succeed through transformational operational leadership.
Her career spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, healthcare technology, internal communications, creative agencies, and professional services — all of which contribute to her broad-based business perspective. As a CEO, COO, and serial entrepreneur, Nadine brings a comprehensive skill set in operations management, sales and marketing strategy, succession planning, and M&A preparation and integration.
Nadine earned her BA in Speech-Language Pathology from the State University of New York at Cortland and her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from Hofstra University. She holds a Master’s Certificate in Business Management from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, a Certificate in College Counseling from the University of San Diego, and is an accredited Small Business Consultant through the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants.
In 2019, she was named one of NJBIZ’s Best Fifty Women in Business, and in 2025, she was recognized as a winner of the Enterprising Women of the Year Award.
